Fabrique (Covent Garden)

(1 Rating)
Swedish buns

This Covent Garden bakery, opened in September 2015, is the second outlet of Hoxton's unusually good stone-oven Swedish bakery (started in Stockholm in 2008), which specialises in cinnamon and cardomom buns (and a yummy vanilla sugar creation) and sourdough-based breads (including an outstanding baguette), with special attention to coffee too. Located just off Cambridge Circus at the Soho/Covent Garden crossroads. In February 2016 Fabrique opened a third outlet, in Notting Hill (212 Portobello Rd), followed by Fitzrovia (53 Goodge St). Plus 239 High Holborn. By 2022 there were five Fabriques in London, not to mention about 25 in its native land.
