Popular and adventurous Soho tapas establishment specialising in the Peruvian take on ceviche – the coastal Latin American dish of raw fish marinated in lime juice and chillis (and its variations). Opened in April 2012, this restaurant maintains high standards in what amounts to vital flavours and impressive attention to detail. However, as with all high-quality tapas-style eating, it's not cheap. Recommended dishes include the sea bass ceviche, lomo saltado (beef fillet) and costillas chifa (pork ribs). Decor is design-free.
