Located in one of London's classic hotels [see entry] — where Alfred Hitchcock stayed — this glamorously priced Gordon Ramsay/Mark Sargeant enterprise offers food and decor to match, featuring elegance, impeccable attention to detail, an excellent la carte menu, superior set lunch, and the piéce de résistance, the six-course Menu Prestige. If you've exhausted theatre options on the West End stage, then this will do nicely. One of London's coveted dining experiences, though in 2010 Ramsay lost his Michelin star, with reports of a decline in quality confirmed by some customers.

Overpriced and undercooked!

Just because a restaurant is run / endorsed by a celeb chef, dosent make it better. Had what can only be described as a mediocre meal with about average service. Took a friend there for her birthday and felt id chosen unwisely. The steak we ordered was returned to the kitchen twice. Dessert order was wrong and service was pretty sloppy. Hate to admit it but i recieved better food and service at the british museum! Cost less too!
