Started in 1979 by inspired leftists (and thriving in 2022), Gay's the Word has remained a fixture of the gay community and a great resource. a real treasure

its been there since the 1970s and has a fab stock of gay literature. The staff were helpful when I couldn't remember the titie of the book I was looking for - and they had it in stock too.
