Moro

Stylishly understated but ravenously foodie, Moro is an elegant but unpretentious restaurant specializing in adventurous and inventive dishes inspired by the Mediterranean and North Africa. Moro serves all-day tapas, plus full sit-down lunches and dinners, with an excellent pick of Spanish and Portuguese wines. Its seasonal dinner menu changes weekly, with dishes like wood-roasted pork, charcoal-grilled venison and slow-roasted rabbit. This is one of London's favourites for people who like good food. Expensive-ish, and worth it (if you have the cash to spare). Moro's tiny, no-reservations sibling Morito serves tapas next door at no 32. A second Morito, still under the Moro domain (ie not a franchise) opened in May 2016 at 195 Hackney Rd in Shoreditch.
