Grilled to perfection
A reassuringly old-fashioned Lebanese hotspot opened in 1998 in increasingly modish Marylebone, Fairuz offers unusually tasty and fresh Middle Eastern specialties. It's easy to over-order here, and the set menu for two could easily stretch to feed a third or fourth person. Named after ultra-famous Lebanon-born singer Nouhad Wadi Haddad (aka Fairuz). Local landmarks include the Wallace Collection [see entry] and shops in and around Marylebone High St. Tube stations: Bond St and Marylebone.

If you're in Marylebone, which is not that far from most things, this is a really tasty option.
