The deceptively tapas-like dishes are more filling and rich than they might seem at first, from barbecued rib to acorn flour waffle. Located in restaurant-heavy Charlotte St in Fitzrovia – just minutes north of Soho – this undersized neo-rustic jewel is an offshoot venture of chef Ollie Dabbous and chef/mixologist Oskar Kinberg, whose fabulous Dabbous establishment [see entry] is located a few minutes round the corner. Opened early March 2014. Closed early 2017.

New favourite place to eat. The shandies in here are amazing. Give the corn bread a go and the chicken wings are the best!
