Honey & Co Bloomsbury

Terrific Israeli-run eatery by husband-and-wife team Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer, both with major experience working alongside London's can-do-no-wrong food entrepeneur/chef/writer Yotam Ottolenghi. Started in 2012 in Warren St (and shifting to Bloomsbury's under-the-radar-hip Lamb's Conduit St in June 2022), Honey & Co specialises in Middle Eastern food that's about as modern and yummy as it gets. Savouries are busy with lovely flavour combinations while Packer's formidable pastry background rounds out the foodie experience (some of London's finest desserts full stop), whether at lunch, dinner or breakfast. Hugely recommended. Takeaway available (acclaimed falafal, desserts etc). A second and much bigger (and noisier) branch named Honey & Smoke (216 Great Portland St) opened in October 2016, with just as piquant results. In 2023 a deli/bakery/café, Honey & Co Daily, opened at 19-21 Store St, just off Tottenham Court Rd. The inspired desserts for both outlets are produced at Honey & Smoke.
