Hot joint foodie venture specialising in the seasonal, the wild and the adventurous, started in January 2012 by chef Ollie Dabbous (ex-Texture) and chef/mixologist Oskar Kinberg (ex-Cuckoo Club manager), the latter of whom rules the basement cocktails-and-food space called Oskar's Bar (and the main restaurant's drinks list).
