Three Georgian Grade II-listed townhouses, all built in 1842, comprise the stately, elegant and boutiquey Roseate House London (previously the Royal Park Hotel), marked by Victorian-era fireplaces and oil paintings, plus chandeliers, all-marble en-suite bathrooms and four-poster Bellestrata beds. The Lancaster Gate/Paddington location is fairly central, albeit slightly less desirable and interesting than other options. Marble Arch – the gateway to Oxford Street and its multiple shopping options – is a ten-minute walk away. Tube stations: Lancaster Gate and Paddington (plus Elizabeth line (Crossrail) at Paddington).
