The largest of London's many Fitness Firsts, located halfway between Goodge Street and Warren Street tube stations, about a 15 minutes walk north of Soho, very close to basement cruising ground Vault 139 [see entry]. This is now a Tier 3-category gym (formerly Tier 1) in FF's scale of 1 to 11.

Good Gym Nice Guys
The equipment is good and they have a pool. The sauna and steam room are mixed but mainly male and pretty gay. The steam room is especially gay friendly and can be very cruisy as can the showers. Most guys use the steam room and then relax by or in the pool before returning to the steam room.
