A multi-functional 2,200-square-foot east London arts, performance and gallery space that embraces all manner of extremes and self-expression (including wrestling), aimed at the underground, the subcultural, the left-field, the weird, the geek and the unique, from the dreamers to the downtrodden. Its attitude-free bar/dance floor space has staged regular events such as the now sadly departed Transistors, which first kicked its heels here in January 2015 (but shut down when its organiser moved to Brighton). The gallery opened in 2009, but sadly closed in 2020. Tube station: Bethnal Green. Overground: Cambridge Heath.
