What we say
Superior, design-conscious home furnishings store
Directly adjacent to the slightly lesser-brow domestics store Habitat and about a seven-minute walk north of Oxford Street, Heal's remains a calm and classy home-goods store which historically has been a springboard for new designers. Started in 1810 but occupying its present elegant premises since 1911, Heal's is reliable not just for furniture, fitted kitchens, fabrics and bed linen, but also gift-type items. A second London branch can be found in King's Rd., Chelsea.
