London’s original lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community chamber choir
Formed in 1992, a year after the Gay Men's Chorus, Diversity Choir have been true to their name not only in membership but in their reperoire, from medieval chants to 21st-century composers, from Mozart to ABBA, from jazz and folk to show tunes. Musical Director as of 2016 is Jan Rautio. Check website for details of their seasonal concerts and other performances. Patrons have included writer Claire Summerskill and composer Peter Maxwell Davies (1934–2016.
