Boutique style design flair now

Designer/restaurateur Terence Conran and restaurateur Peter Prescott restored a Victorian warehouse smack in the middle of trendy/arty Shoreditch, resulting in am ambitious and busy complex featuring this elegant hotel — 12 individually designed airy and playful rooms and five suites — plus a rooftop bar and restaurant and the popular ground-floor British-comfort-food restaurant Albion [see entry] with a food shop and bakery attached. Opened New Year's Eve 2008.
