Neighbour to the London Eye (impressive tourist-friendly ferris wheel), the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament), Westminster Abbey and the South Bank Centre (music, theatre, art and film complex), this 399-room Park Plaza offers very good service and accommodation at reasonable prices given the location. Yes to spa and gym. Tube stations: Westminster. and Waterloo.
