RVT FILM CLUB TV BOXSET SPECIAL! Gimme, Gimme, Gimme! The hit comedy show centred around loud-mouthed Linda La Hughes (Kathy Burke) and flatmate and actor Tom Farrel (James Dreyfus). A modern twist on ‘Odd couple’ plot. Linda and Tom apparently meet in a night club, bond instantly (due to both being on ecstasy) and decide to move in together. What follows in the subsequent series in the longest ‘comedown’ ever, with boorish Linda living with life loser Tom. Although they appear to loathe each other, Tom and Linda are beholden to each other due to the fact that no one else can tolerate them. A classic and hilarious British sit-com.
