MPI Insights - Trends in Event Design and Measuring Value with Cisco

MPI insights will look at trends and practices in event design and measuring the returns. The event will feature keynote speaker Bonny Shapira, leader of Cisco Live Europe, the largest technology event in Europe. Bonny will provide unique perspectives on how CISCO designs the attendee experience – looking at the why, what and how of pre-during and post event communications and experiences, including insights on how CISCO and its agency collaborate to build loyalty and expertise through Education, Engagements and Entertainment. Bonny will be followed by an industry panel discussing event design and measuring experience by drawing on their own practise. The panel will include Dr. James Morgan founder of Event Tech Lab, Jon Coventry Head of Production at Banks Sadler, Meetovation guru Ines Lebaek, Sofia Godinho UK Head of Events at Societe Generale and Jackie Mulligan Principal Lecturer and Director of Enterprise at UKCEM - UK Centre for Events Management who will outline recent research findings.
