Kristi’s classes reflect her grounded, nurturing, insightful and inspiring nature! Her authentic teaching comes from the heart. With great integrity and presence, Kristi holds a supportive space in which you can inquire into yourself and deepen your journey into yoga, transformation and healing.
Kristi discovered yoga in her native country, New Zealand. Inspired to teach, she trained in the Anusara method in 2007, before attending the Advanced Forrest Yoga training in 2010. This profound experience broke her down, blew her mind and changed her relationship with herself.
