And how we sent our beloved Rebel Rebel on its way with a one-off, ten year anniversary curtain call? See back then, we thought David Bowie would live forever. Turns out we were wrong. Life's like that. So we’re going to celebrate everything David this Easter Thursday - our favorite party night of the year! One night only dedicated to the inspiration behind our little gay indie disco. A night of queers n beers and rock n roll, just like we always did. With a huge stack of Bowie records and some major queen bitches in the house. Sound and Vision comes from the original Rebel Rebel Residents and some special guests in the shape of Horse Meat Disco’s Jim Stanton and legendary record producer, Tris Penna. We’ll be digging out Bowie classics, covers, curveballs and slipping in some RR classics. And so you’ll feel better about your hangover the next day, know you’ll have all done something great. ALL the money we make on the night will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support. If cancer hasn’t affected you, then it will have affected somebody you love – disco’s can’t fix it, but the money you spend coming will get to Macmillan who do a great job supporting people affected by cancer.
