Spend the first half of your evening enjoying delicious food and fascinating food-for-thought.
Enjoy a three course dinner in London Wall Bar & Kitchen, our restaurant located right next to the museum. Dinner will be set to a soundtrack of iconic 80s tracks specially curated for the evening by turntable goddesses Broken Hearts. Plus get the chance to win prizes by taking part in our 80s themed table quizzes.
Hear about intriguing objects from the decade housed in our collections. Join experts, Beverly Cook, Curator of Social and Working History, and Beatrice Behlen, Senior Curator of Fashion and Decorative Arts for talks in our galleries after dark.

Thatcher’s London: Many argue that the 1980s actually started on the 4 May 1979 when Margaret Thatcher was made Prime Minister. Join Beverley Cook as she reveals the material culture of the Thatcher era.
Fashion in the 80’s: New Romantics and the Blitz Kids, the People’s Princess and the rise of ‘Yuppie’. Beatrice Behlen talks 1980s London style.
10-10.30pm: Free time to wander the galleries
10.30-midnight: Improv comedy and an 80s dance workshop
Whose Line is it Anyway? Inspired by the short-lived originally British series, ‘Whose Line is it Anyway, join Shoot from the Hip! for some hilarious improv comedy
Lose yourself to Dance: Join instructors from Reflex Dance Studios to learn the most iconic moves of the decade.
Followed by an all-night film marathon showcasing some of the most famous and iconic films of the 80s set in London. Plus the chance to wander our galleries by twilight with bars until 1am
Ticket price also includes free after-hours entry into our major exhibition The Crime Museum Uncovered between 7pm and midnight and 8.30-10am plus a full English breakfast in the morning.
