We're dead excited to have secured one of THE hottest up and coming electronic artists of the moment, SALT ASHES.
With her love for epic electronic grooves and melancholy drenched melodies with a nod to the early eighties New York club scene, SALT ASHES first came to our attention with her inspired cover of Depeche Mode's 'Black Celebration' before following up with smash singles 'SOMEBODY' & 'IF YOU LET ME GO'.
Last week saw the release of 'RAIDED' - a sensual and shadowy shiver for the dance floor, an intimate offering of breathy vocals and minimal pulsations.
Take a listen at the links below:
“breathy vocals, haunting melodies and an erotic sense of darkness on the dancefloor” – Attitude
“equal parts charty and arty” – The Guardian
“Kate Bush given-a-modern-makeover” – The Sound of Confusion

Then, right after SALT ASHES we’re keeping it on a feminine theme with the don of the divas, Debbietastic SINA is our special guest. The man behind the smash female fronted East London night is coming to Camden to give you all your favourites. From Sleeper to Sleater Kinney, from Blondie to The Long Blondes - if a she sung it - he'll play it.
With CHEAP entry (only a fiver all night), the best alternative music in an iconic venue and a LIVE gig, Audacity is your number one gay indie night in town.
**THURSDAY 9 APRIL / The Black Cap / 9PM-2AM / £5 all night**
