Ku Bar/Klub Formerly: Ku Leicester Square/Ku Klub

(66 Ratings)
Ku ku ka choo

Very popular and casual hot spot luring an image-aware, youngish and camp-friendly clientele, set on three floors and located one minute south of Soho, a minute north of Leicester Sq, on the edge of Chinatown. Drag acts take to the stage every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Popular, clubby-style, DJ-driven basement bar Klub (revamped in October 2022) features a dance floor (with commerical pop) and opens from 10pm, with drag cabaret every Wednesday – Bombshell! Pop bar in Chinatown

Ku Bar is a three-story London gay bar and dance club which is located just a few steps from the Leicester square. Do not confuse it with Ku Bar soho as there are 2 Ku Bars in London close to each other. On the first floor you will find a cocktail bar with champagne as well as a few small private booths, the main floor is a small dance club that attracts a wide range of clientele from twinks, locals and tourists you can find just about all types of people here. The main floor is all about playing top 40 hits on massive video screens.\nI personally prefer this branch of the bar rather than the one in Soho.

Ku Bar

Ku Bar is my favorite! But contrary to the bar's description, it is not camp!

Darwnian selection

If you are a young gay dude, this place is for you. If you are middle age and not considered hot stuff, you won't be allowed in this place. So all you old gay farts out there have been put on notice. This place is reserved only for young gay bodes.

Nice bar but watch out

Just had a great night out in Soho for my partners 30th birthday. Ku bar is a nice venue but count your change at the bar when its returned to you. The bar staff obviously suppliment their wages by ripping off customers. I wondered why the place looked less busy then a year ago. That may be why........
